Start with a clear purpose: what should your chatbot help someone do? Then give it useful information, test its answers, and improve what is missing. You'll practise the whole process with the fictional Aloha Print Company before applying it to your own work.

This is a five-day series you can follow at your own pace. The five-minute goal belongs to the first chatbot build. The full course includes 44 minutes and 32 seconds of video, plus time to practise.

What you'll practise

  1. Create a chatbot with a clear purpose, greeting, and appearance.
  2. Add business documents, pricing data, and website information.
  3. Use SPARK to shape a helpful, consistent personality.
  4. Copy a deployment snippet and add the chatbot to a website.
  5. Review conversations, find gaps, and improve its answers.

Before you begin

You'll need access to GPT-Trainer. Tool accounts and any service charges are separate from this course purchase.

Website deployment requires a website you control or have permission to edit. The demonstration uses Manus as an AI-assisted example.

Five Aloha Print Company practice files are included. Check the chatbot's answers against the original documents and update its sources when information changes.

Standalone purchase includes this course. Community membership and separate community workshops are not included.
